NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 31, Block B, LAKE ST. GEORGE - UNIT VII, according to that certain plat as recorded in Plat Book 85, Pages 28-29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2801 Northcote Drive, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 5, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
