TRUST, SERIES 2007-SEA1 is the Plaintiff and RON KOLB, II A/K/A RONALD E. KOLB II A/K/A RONALD E. KOLB A/K/A RONALD KOLB II; REBECCA KOLB A/K/A REBEKAH KOLB are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 13, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
