NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 16, 2019 in Civil Case No. 12-011142-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and WENDY L. BRANDT; PHILIP F. BAGENSKI; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JOHN WEINBERGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILIP F. BAGENSKI N/K/A STACY BAGENSKI; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; GARETH WHITEHURST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST; THENCE RUN S89`27'26” W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE N.E. 1/4 OF THE N.W. 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 9, 667.58 FEET; THENCE N00`52'02”W 200.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S89`07'58”W 147.47 FEET; THENCE N56`34'56”W 139.88 FEET; THENCE N21`51'39”E 126.85 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE TAMPA AND GULF COAST RAILROAD (VACATED); THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE ON A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 1,934.86 FEET; AN ARC OF 227.00 FEET; CHORD BEARING S71`30'01”E AND A CHORD OF 226.87 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID SOUTH LINE S00`52'02”E, 120.56 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
