RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 13, 2020 in Case No. 17-004367-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL L. PARKS A/K/A DANIEL PARKS A/K/A DANIEL Leon PARKS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Together with the East 5 feet of vacated 10 foot alley lying West of said Lot 24 and lying between the North and South line of said Lot 24 extended West to the center of said alley, Ingram Place, According to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
