Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 16, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 25 AND WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 26, BLOCK C, GREENWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1118 TANGERINE ST, CLEARWATER, FL 33755; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on FEBRUARY 19, 2020 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
