NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of January, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-001930-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and NELSON A. VILLARRAGA; DENISE O. MATOS A/K/A DENIS O. MATOS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MANUEL GOICO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; WOODBRIDGE AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of March, 2020 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
