NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2020, and entered in Case No. 48-2019-CA-008711-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Phillip Musarra aka Phillip J Musarra, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the February 20, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
