NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2015-CC-009019-O of the County Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, CENTRE COURT OF WIMBLEDON CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, OLGA C. URGUIAGA A/K/A OLGA C. URQUIAGA, INDIVIDUALLY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLGA C. URGUIAGA A/K/A OLGA C. URQUIAGA AND UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, Clerk of the County Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of April, 2020, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 804, PHASE IV, OF CENTRE COURT CONDOMINIUM II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4021, Page 3480 and any amendments thereto, together with an Undivided interest or share in the common elements Appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
