NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 2, 2020 and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-004865-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Tavira Properties LLC as trustee of the 1139 Cord Court Apopka Land Trust ,Henry John Losch III, Jody D. Losch a/k/a Jody Darlene Losch, The Unknown beneficiaries of the 1139 Cord Court Apopka Land Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the March 3, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
