NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 17, 2020 and entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-003824-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE6 is Plaintiff and SOTO, ESTATE OF BENEDICTO, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, TIFFANY RUSSELL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 20, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:

The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
