NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2020, entered in Case No. 18001169CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securitization Trust Series 2005-A11CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-K is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Susan M. Mould a/k/a Sandra M. Mould, Deceased; Lawrence A. Mould; Unknown Spouse of Lawrence A. Mould are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 24th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2771, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THRU 35F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
