Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of timeshare units/weeks on the Claim of Lien filed and recorded for UMBRELLA BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. October 17, 2019 at O.R. Book 2807, Pages 7184-7185, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, listed on attached Exhibit “A” will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds on the day of the sale at the office of DEEB LAW GROUP, P.A., 6677 13th Avenue North, Suite 3A, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, on the 27th day of February, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property located in MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers (as described on attached Exhibit “A”) of Umbrella Beach Resort, a condominium according to Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1466, Pages 1 through 80 inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended.

You may cure the default at any time prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Sale by paying the amount due to the undersigned Trustee at the address set forth below.
