October 17, 2019 at O.R. Book 2807, Pages 7184-7185, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, listed on attached Exhibit “A” will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds on the day of the sale at the office of DEEB LAW GROUP, P.A., 6677 13th Avenue North, Suite 3A, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, on the 27th day of February, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property located in MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
