NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 22, 2020, in Case No. 2019 CC 226, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on March 6, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 33 of Lakebridge, Phase III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1078, Page 289 and amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 17, pages 43 through 48, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
