NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2020, entered in Case No. 2018CA002406000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-A, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-A is the Plaintiff and Roy Edwards; Unknown Spouse of Roy Edwards; Pam Edwards a/k/a Pamela Louise Edwards; Unknown Spouse of Pam Edwards a/k/a Pamela Louise Edwards; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of W.S. Hudson a/k/a William S. Hudson, Deceased; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 25th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF THE NORTH 785 FEET OF THE WEST 142 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA: ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 21 OF UNRECORDED PLEASANT PLACE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
