THE WEST 148 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGINNING AT A POINT 745.76 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER, OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 40 MINUTES WEST, A DISTANCE OF 355.0 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 283.11 FEET, THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION TO A POINT ON THE SECTION LINE, SAID POINT BEING 207.51 FEET SOUTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN NORTH 207.51 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE NORTH AND EAST SIDES THEREOF AND LESS THE WEST 75 FEET THEREOF.
