NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019 , and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000220-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK), AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I, LLC, BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and LYNETTE LENARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNETTE LENARD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; ROYAL PALM GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK B, ROYAL PALM GOLF ESTATES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 13 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
