NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 12, 2019, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale set for January 21, 2020 dated January 6, 2020, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Karen E. Rushing, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 28th day of February, 2020, at 9 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
