NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000839 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A the Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-16, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-16, is the Plaintiff and Jesse Landis; Marina Kroeter; Bella Terra of Southwest Florida, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Judy Daugherty; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Amy Daugherty, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 26 day of FEB, 2020, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
