NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-001342, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-IM1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and INDIANIA HOME SERVICING, INC.; ROOKERY POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HEATHERSTONE AT ROOKERY POINTE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 26 day of FEB, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, HEATHERSTONE AT ROOKERY POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 24-25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
