NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JAN 23, 2020, and entered in Case No. 36-2019-CA-005706 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For the Holders of New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-A, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Tiffany Sapp a/k/a Tiffany Alexandre; International Fidelity Insurance Company;Alligator Bail Bonds; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27 day of FEB, 2020, the following described propery as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
