Edward Jene Tackett, Jr., et al., In re Estate of Edward Jene Tackett, with such action being a Petition to Admit Lost of Destroyed Will and Petition for Administration. The names of the respondents are Edward Jene Tackett, Jr., Jacob Cox, and Judy Martindale.
