NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-CA-005141 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GREGG NAGY AKA GREGG JOHN NAGY, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 9 day of March, 2020, the following described property:
LOT 20, BLOCK 9, TAMIAMI VILLAGE FKA LEESURE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 60 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
