NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 06, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-001211 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM,LLC D/B/A IMORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and WOLF GEIDE, et al are
Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK B OF BASSET CREEK ESTATES - PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 118, PAGE 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
