NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 06, 2019, and entered in 13-CA-002059 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and DAVID P. GRASSO A/K/A DAVID GRASSO ; JULIA A. GRASSO A/K/A JULIA GRASSO A/K/A JULIE GRASSO A/K/A JULIA A. SERRATA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. ; MLH VI, L.P. ; TOWNHOMES OF HIGHLAND PARK ASSOCIATION INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 27, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
