NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered May 22, 2020 in Case No. 482018CA013960A001OX of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Mary Elizabeth Arnold; Cloisters Condominium Association, Inc. a/k/a The Cloisters Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. 318-B, THE CLOISTERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2093, PAGE 868, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
