at a public sale to the highest bidder on August 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with the Order Rescheduling Judicial Sale, the Amended Final Judgment In Rem and Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
