NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order granting Cancel and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered May 11, 2020 in Case No. 18000871CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R9 is the Plaintiff and Roxanne L. Seeley-Eibe a/k/a Roxanne L. Eibe a/k/a Roxanne Eibe a/k/a Roxanne Lynette Seeley; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of July, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 2565, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 29, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22E, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
