NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order for Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2020, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM on July 27, 2020, the following described property:
Lot 33, Block 11, PORT CHARLOTTE SECTION 6, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 7A through 7F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale. if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
