NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003692 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff CASEY E. SHOOTS A/K/A CASEY EUGENE SHOOTS A/K/A CASEY SHOOTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CASEY E. SHOOTS A/K/A CASEY EUGENE SHOOTS A/K/A CASEY SHOOTS; YELLOWBOOK, INC.; THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MANATEE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF CAPITAL ONE; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY T/A TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT AND TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of August, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, CORAL HEIGHTS, 5TH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 72 AND 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 407 61st Street NW, Bradenton, Florida 34209
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
