NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated May 8, 2020, and was recorded May 14, 2020, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2020062901, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at CALINI BEACH CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 1030 Seaside Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 30th day of JULY, 2020 at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
