VENTUS; LAKEMONT HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; SECURED CAPITAL TRUST LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF 2016-HI9290 LAND TRUST DATED AUGUST 29, 2016 are the Defendant(s).
