NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000818 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM F. NOLL III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM F. NOLL III; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, et al., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of August, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK N, PINE RIDGE EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 6888 Trail Blvd, Naples, Florida 34108
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
