NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 10, 2020, entered in Case No: 2019 4044 CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KENNETH A. SPAULDING; and CHARLOTTE SPAULDING are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on August 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 13, BLOCK D, FAIRLAWN PARK UNITS FOUR AND FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
