NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Execution issued in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, on the 15th day of April A.D., 2020, in the cause wherein, Herbolsheimer, Duncan, Eiten and Hintz, P.C., was plaintiff(s), and Brett King, was defendant(s), being Case No. 20-CC-002747 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Brett King, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
