NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2020 in Case No. 20000275CA in the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein VIZCAYA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and MARGIE SHERMER; BEVERLY A REILLY, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on September 30, 2020. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 831 & 832, PLAN NO. 2 OF A PART OF WARD 1, EL JOBEAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 3604 STOCKTON RD, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33953.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
