Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies will sell the property located in Manatee County, Florida, being specifically described as follows:
Lot 2, Block B, NORTH ORANGE ESTATES, a subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 96 through 99, public records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 23, 2020.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
