NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2020, and entered in 2019CA003380AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and WANDA MUI, ESQ., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JACKIE L. FRAME A/K/A JACKIE LEE FRAME, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RICKY JOSEPH FRAME; JACK L. FRAME, JR.; MARK J. FRAME; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JACKIE L. FRAME REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 17, 2016 are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 12, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
