TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE-CAPTIONED ESTATE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Summary Administration of the ESTATE OF GIL DARYL KREAMER, DECEASED, Case No: 20-CP-1642, is pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Clerk of the Circuit Court, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112; that the total cash value of the estate is $898.00 and the proposed beneficiary of the estate is the decedent's surviving spouse, Christine Kreamer, whose residential mailing address is 300 Cape Sable Drive, Naples, Florida, 34104.
All creditors of the decedent and all other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate upon whom a copy of this Notice to Creditors has been served must file their claims with the Court WITHIN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and all other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate who have not been served a copy of this Notice to Creditors must file their claims with the Court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
