NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2020, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-002358 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the City of Fort Myers, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and Marcos Padilla, Yajaira Marte, is the Defendant. Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 7, 2020 beginning at 9:00 AM at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accorance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block A, Wonderling Park, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 59, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
