NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed on 14 day of July, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-006637, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and CHARLES YORTY; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
