NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure entered on June 18, 2020, in Civil Action 19-CA-7073 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is DEBRA MORMON, and against all Defendants listed by name: MARCEY MORMON, CHRISTOPHER DUNTON, ADAM MORMON, CHRISTY MORMON, AUDREY FOLDEN AND ANY UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF PAUL J. MORMON IF ALIVE AND/OR IN EXISTENCE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of August, 2020, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
