Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2019-CA-003811-CI in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 109, BUILDING 3B OF TIFFANY ARMS GARDEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2652, PAGE 533, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 3520 32nd Ave. N. Apt 109 St. Petersburg, FL 33713
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on August 19, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
