NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Sale Date and Release All Available Funds From the Court Registry, entered July 17, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 19-1222-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and SIGNATURE ONE FUNDING INC., DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERLIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2007-A, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLK 11, INTER-BAY, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 58, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
