You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at an in-person public meeting with virtual participation at 6:00 p.m. on July 21, 2020, held in the Magnolia Room at the Pinellas County Cooperative Extension, 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida, adopted a Resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by Pinellas County.

Resolution vacating a portion of 118th Avenue North (Walsingham Road) right-of-way, lying east of Starkey Road and west of the Seaboard Coastline Railroad, lying in Section 12, Township 30, Range 15, and Section 13, Township 30, Range 15, Pinellas County, Florida; retaining a utility easement over the entire vacated area; providing for an effective date.
