NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit 113, Raleigh House of Port Charlotte, A Condominium, as shown and defined on the survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 1, Page 32 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, as from time to time amended and recorded. Together with an appurtenance to said unit an undivided interest in and to the common elements as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium of Raleigh House of Port Charlotte, A Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 466, Page 370 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, as from time to time amended and recorded.

The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Charlotte Circuit/County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2019-1245-CA, Plaintiff vs. Lorraine Dorothy Sullivan and Irving Nicholas Lockner, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
