NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 16, 2020, and entered in 2019-CA-3938 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ETERNAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM EDWARD BAUER, JR is the Defendant. The Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com. at 10:00AM on September 17, 2020, the following described property as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
