NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 17th day of July, 2020, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LONGSHORE LAKE FOUNDATION, INC. A Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and EDWARD R. BRZOZOWSKI and LAURA BRZOZOWSKI, are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 20-CA-0100, I, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on August 13, 2020, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Lobby of the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK E, LONGSHORE LAKE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 83 THROUGH 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 11422 NIGHT HERON DRIVE, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34119
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure.
