NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on August 26, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., via electronic sale at www.lee. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Week 34, Parcel No. 5103, SEAWATCH ON-THE-BEACH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1583, Page 448, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and amendments thereto, if any.
Unit Week 16, Parcel No. 6103, SEAWATCH ON-THE-BEACH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1583, Page 448, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
