YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights Pending Adoption has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Laurel C. Ackley, whose address is 23542 SR 54 Lutz, FL 33559 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 800 E. Twiggs St. Tampa, FL 33602, by August 28, 2020. There will be a hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights pending adoption on September 1, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at 501 N. Michigan Ave., Plant City, FL 33563 Courtroom 4, before Judge Robin Fuson. The Court has set aside 15 minutes for this hearing.
