Final Judgment was awarded on October 14, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-003633-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR COMMUNITY SOUTH BANK SMALL BALANCE LAON MASTER TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and A DREAM LAKE MANOR INC.; HELEN ROMERO; EPHRAIM ROMERO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
